2017 Dependent Eligibility Audit Info
The Sweetwater Union High School District’s third party administrator VEBA is performing a dependent eligibility audit through May 15, 2017 . A letter was sent to your home address with this information including where to e-mail or take your documents should you have missed the site visits.
As a reminder, VEBA has performed audits every three years. Effective this year VEBA has informed us that if our eligibility discrepancy falls below 3%, we will not have an audit for 5 years, if we have a greater than 3% discrepancies then the audit will be performed every year (annually).

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
It is critical that you provide documents for your dependents. If you do not provide documents for any of your dependents to prove their eligibility, those dependents may be considered ineligible and be removed from your medical and/or dental and vision coverage and will not be eligible for COBRA.
